Our Team

Pastor Zach and his wife Colleen reside in the West Fork area. They enjoy raising their 4 children: Hunter, Jackson, Natalie, and Jordyn, in the community. They love the outdoors and family times. 

Before becoming Lead Pastor at Unity, pastor Zach held many different roles internally for our church. He has led both youth and young adults as well as served as an associate pastor within the church for approximately 6 years before becoming Lead Pastor in 2019. Zach and Colleen have been at Unity since 2011 and have been preaching the gospel since 2012 in many churches around NWA. Pastor Zach is also an accomplished author and communicator for this generation. His book titled "Be There", was released in 2022 and is focused on Christian's living out authenticity in relationships. You can find more information about Pastor Zach's book at his website BeThere. Zach was also a sheriff's deputy who came to Christ radically in 2010 and was called out of that career to help grow the Kingdom of God both in Northwest Arkansas and aroun the world. Zach is a passionate preacher who decalres the word of God boldly and unapologetically. 

Pastor's mission for Unity is to be a church that will love big, lead well, and last in the season we live in. We will be an authentic church with real people and real relationships. We wil GATHER in worship and fellowship, GROW in God's word and realtionship, and we will GO into NWA and the world with the message of Christ and be ready to preach the Gospel to every person.
