Camp Registration

Attention Unity parents with U Kids and U Youth. It is that time of the year where we need to get a headcount for Camp Registrations! If you anticipate or plan for your child or youth to go to camp with us this year, we are asking that you fill out the forms below so that we can get them registered as soon as possible. Parents with U Youth, we are asking that you fill this out ASAP as registration for camp is only open for the next 2 weeks. It will be easier to register them and cancel then to not register them at all so please fill the forms out below! Thank you!
